Get in while you can! Denistone is in one of the highest demand markets and with average prices of $1.5M for houses and $960K for units you simply can’t be caught snoozing. Only 16km to the CBD this suburb has the best of both worlds; Denistone is a primarily residential suburb - leafy and quiet - but is in close proximity to everything you need with business and shopping centres at Ryde and Epping offering options for anything you might require.

An affluent area, average household incomes are well above the national average, and the populations is largely made up of established family units. Nearly all houses are freestanding, spacious family residences, and what a perfect place to raise a family. Darvall Park, a forest reserve near the railway line, flaunts flora such as Sydney blue gum, red olive berry, orange bark, waddy wood and forest nightshade. Perfect for a weekend ramble.

Denistone is steeped in history with Gregory Blaxland having purchased 450 acres back in 1806, handing it down to his daughter Elizabeth and her husband Dr Thomas Forster, Denistone then took its name from Forster’s home called Dennistone which burnt down in bushfires in 1855. This was then purchased by Richard Rouse Terry in 1872 who rebuilt Denistone House, and which is now in the grounds of Ryde Hospital. Another historic house is the Hermitage which was built by Gregory Blaxland's son John in 1842. More recently Denistone has been home to one of Australia’s greatest rugby league players, Arthur Beetson.

Not only this but Liz has consistently ranked as the number one agent in Denistone for all of 2015 and so far for all of 2016. This means you would be working with someone who has the comprehensive knowledge of a local, and is truly passionate about the area. Why not let Liz really show you all the Denistone has to offer?
