This coming year the housing market will be defined by 3 things – stock levels, interest rates and appreciation. But the biggest issue the housing market will face in 2020 is a stock shortage. There aren’t enough homes on the market for buyers and this is a topic that has come up frequently within the past several months.

Based on what is forecasted, we know that interest rates are projected to remain low and possibly drop further and that appreciation is expected to continue as we move into 2020. The challenge will be understanding what is actually happening and how you can best position yourself if you are thinking of buying or selling your home.

If you are thinking of selling the whole process and be stressful and overwhelming and that’s where we come in. We are experts in selling homes and achieving awesome and normally record breaking sales because we know what works. The key is ensuring we have all aspects of the sale covered and this includes

  1. Preparation
  2. Marketing
  3. Pricing
  4. Method of sale
  5. Negotiating
  6. Settlement

If you are thinking of selling, get in contact as we are here to assist in making the process as smooth as possible and to take what can be one of the most stressful experiences and turn it into something to celebrate.
