It’s the 13th December, 2016. The 13th day of Christmas. And our 13th sale! What an awesome way to end 2016. There is nothing like the feeling of 100% success rate for 2016!
Honestly our energy is bursting and whilst a lot of real estate agents are winding down, we are doing the opposite! We have brilliant properties listed for 2017 and can’t wait to launch them. Our mobile phones are pretty much attached to us, so if you have some downtime over Christmas and find that you want to chat real estate, feel free to give us a call.
Whilst we are also very excited about Christmas we are more excited about 2017! So if you are thinking of selling early next year, give us a call, email or text as we are booking out fast. We don’t just take on listings for the sake of it. We only conduct a maximum of six open homes, and no more than 3 auctions on a Saturday. Why you ask? Because it ensures Justin, myself and the team are at every single open home, from start to finish. As the owners of the business we started WigginsKeenan to offer something different and that includes you the vendor, having TWO licensed, experienced, passionate and AWESOME agents working for you. WE are the ones who communicate with the buyers NOT assistants, we negotiate, we sell……a skill that seems to have dropped by the wayside in the past few years. You can’t do that if you are not at every open home, talking to the buyers and getting a “feel” for what they think about your property. We are not everyone’s fit and that’s completely ok with us, our goal is to work with people who want to work with us, to create amazing results with great people. So if you are thinking about selling, I personally think you’d be nuts not to get us in for a chat!
Our energy and passion is probably one of the main things that sets up apart from other agencies and the fact that we like to be straight down the line, with vendors and buyers! It’s a pretty basic model but it works. Ego and arrogance are left at home when you work for WigginsKeenan. We have bought, rented and sold property and we know how stressful and emotionally draining it can be, especially if you are dealing with agents who look at you as a transaction rather than this being such an integral part of your journey. Selling or not selling, buying or not buying can change your whole path in life…….I know because it happened to me and it was the worst feeling ever. We never want a buyer or vendor to feel like that. We want there to be excitement, transparency, honestly and ethics! I know weird words for a real estate agent!
I know we always say it but we want to give a HUGE thanks to our awesome vendors who have supported our journey and took a chance with us in 2016.
